Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you and Praveen Kumar, an independent developer publishing under the name Beamaze (“Beamaze”, “we”, “us”), who makes and publishes SideEye. By using SideEye you agree to them.
If you got SideEye from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Where one of those store terms must take priority, it does.
Using SideEye
We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use SideEye on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. Please don’t copy, resell, or redistribute the app or its prompts, games and artwork, and don’t try to get around SideEye All.
Free games and SideEye All
Fake Out, Called It, Lineup and Clue Clash are free and complete. SideEye All is a single one-time purchase that unlocks the other eight games: Taste Test, Couple Sync, Know Me, Truth or Bluff, Secret Mission, Who Said It?, Hot Take and Secret Scene. It is not a subscription and never renews.
The App Store or Google Play shows the price in your currency before you buy, and takes the payment. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies.
SideEye All belongs to the App Store or Google Play account that bought it. Use Restore Purchases, signed in to that same account, to unlock it again on a new or reinstalled device. A purchase on the App Store cannot be moved to Google Play, or the other way round. If the store refunds or revokes a purchase, the games it unlocked lock again.
Playing
SideEye is played out loud with people in the same room. Play with people who want to play, be kind, and skip any prompt, mission or scene that would be unsafe, unlawful or unwelcome where you are. You are responsible for what you and your group say and do while playing.
Your packs
Packs you write stay on your device and belong to you. You are responsible for what you put in them.
Changes and availability
We may update SideEye, add or change prompts and games, and update these terms. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update this page and the date at the top. SideEye is provided as it is and as available; we don’t promise it will always be free of errors or available on every device.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from SideEye, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for SideEye All. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
Privacy
How SideEye handles data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under the laws that apply to you as a consumer.
